Ben Gibbons is a bus driver who murdered ex-convict Gilbert Stoner.
The Full Story In the bank robbery that sent him to prison, Stoner killed Gibbons's daughter. 15 years later, when Stoner was released from prison, he went on a bus excursion driven by Gibbons, who recognized him and confronted him over his actions when he got the chance. Stoner shrugged off killing the girl as no big deal, which enraged Gibbons. He strangled Stoner and made it look like he had been stabbed to death with a screwdriver.
Gibbons confessed to murdering Stoner after Jessica Fletcher caught up with him, and he told her the whole story about Stoner and his daughter.
